“One of the deepest longings of the human soul is to be seen.”

A life exploring:
I have spent my life exploring the intersection of individual and collective evolution and liberation. Having grown up in a spiritual community in Ireland, I was exposed to wisdom teachings, meditation and self-inquiry from a very young age. This foundation shaped an exploration into myself, my work, and the world.
This adventure has allowed me to explore, study and certify in a diverse collection of modalities including the Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, DiSC, Hay-Group 360 evaluation tool, Safer-Conversations Leader, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification, 200 Hr Yoga Teacher, Akashic Readings, Irish Celtic Shamanic Healing Practices, Druidism, Reiki and I hold a 1st Dan black belt in Shotokan Karate.
After leaving Ireland in 2011 I moved to India, and then New York and Colorado. I now live with my beautiful son in western Massachusetts, the ancestral lands of the Stockbridge Munsee Mohicans.
My Approach:
I help catalyze individuals and systems to break from old ways of being and realize new possibilities.
Using a blend of intuition, compassion, and practical experience, I provoke and guide people to see beyond their limiting ideas and stories. By going to the root cause of the fear and stress, we will work together to guide your Being back to embodying its natural state of wholeness, love and Presence. This process of inner and outer alignment helps to create the conditions for insight, freedom and ease.
My Portfolio:
I have spent more than two decades developing an expertise in the non-profit and for-profit sectors. I spent my early career in accounting and finance with PwC before shifting to focus on human leadership and development. I received numerous awards as a social entrepreneur prior to moving to India to lead innovative global health programming in partnership with UNICEF, the Gates Foundation and the Governments of India, Malawi, Kenya, Ghana and Sierra Leone. I then made a full time pivot into executive coaching and organizational consulting working with tech startups, billion dollar multi-nationals, social and climate justice non-profits and everything in between. For the last 6.5 years I was serving at the Center for Yoga and Health, 5 of them as CEO and President, Kripalu is a large, 400 employee non-profit that is dedicated to individual and societal transformation, serving 50,000 people a year. I have recently been awarded the President’s Community Allyship Freedom Fund Award from the NAACP Berkshires.
